Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated

Manufacturing Associate

with a background in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or Lifesciences or anyone from science background. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and contributing to the production of high-quality diagnostic/research products.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine manufacturing activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines. Perform sample preparation, testing, and documentation. Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory/manufacturing equipment. Assist in batch preparation, labelling, and packaging activities. Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation as per regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to quality standards and report deviations immediately. Support process improvements and participate in internal audits. Collaborate with the quality and R&D teams for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of laboratory/microbiology/biochemistry techniques. Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards (preferred). Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
