Role Overview:We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with at least 2+ years of experience to lead and optimize our web and app campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, branding campaigns, and web tracking/optimization, with the ability to scale results efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across web and app channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, etc.).- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies.- Manage branding campaigns to strengthen awareness and product visibility.- Set up and manage web tracking processes, including GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.- Build and optimize funnels, ensuring accurate attribution and performance measurement.- Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve funnel performance.- Optimize budgets and bids to achieve CAC, ROI, and tROAS goals.- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.Requirements:- 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing (web + app campaigns).- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, UAC, MMPs (Appsflyer/Adjust), and analytics tools.- Expertise in GTM, GA4, and web conversion tracking.- Experience in branding campaigns alongside performance campaigns.- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage budgets, optimize ROI, and scale campaigns effectively.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
