Key Responsibilities:- Visit shops/outlets daily as per route plan and introduce products with samples.- Pitch product features, benefits, and offers to retailers and secure product placement.- Negotiate margins, shelf space, and visibility with shopkeepers.- Collect orders and coordinate with the supply team for timely deliveries.- Conduct product demonstrations and address retailer queries/objections.- Maintain daily visit logs, sales records, and competitor activity reports.- Plan route coverage to maximize shop visits and minimize travel time.- Ensure timely reporting through sales apps/CRM/Excel/WhatsApp.- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, product displays, and in-store branding.- Follow up with retailers for payments and reorders.Operational Skills Required:Route Planning & Territory Coverage - Ability to structure visits efficiently and cover maximum shops.Order & Stock Management - Basic understanding of order cycles, stock replenishment, and product movement.Record Keeping & Reporting - Maintain accurate data on visits, sales, and competitor insights.Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for daily reporting.Market Intelligence - Ability to observe competitor products, pricing, and promotions.Time Management - Completing daily shop visit targets without delays.Problem-Solving - Handle retailer concerns and resolve small operational issues on the spot.Requirements:- Minimum 2 year of field sales experience (FMCG/retail preferred).- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
