The Kiosk Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the kiosk. The Sales Associate will report to the Kiosk Manager and will work closely with other members of the kiosk team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and advice to customers Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized kiosk environment Participate in training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to cash handling and inventory management Collaborate with other members of the kiosk team to ensure a positive customer experience Perform other duties as assigned by the Kiosk Manager Qualification: Graduation/Diploma from recognised university Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math skills and proficiency in using a point-of-sale system Ability to stand for extended periods of time Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
