The Kiosk Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kiosk, driving sales, maintaining brand standards, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall kiosk operations including sales, inventory, and staff.
Identify potential locations for kiosks (primarily in malls) and establish/maintain contacts with mall authorities for kiosk setup and coordination.
Ensure smooth daily functioning, cleanliness, and presentation of the kiosk.
Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Train, motivate, and supervise kiosk staff for efficient performance.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply team for replenishment.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate sales reports, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
Ensure brand visual merchandising and display standards are met.
Coordinate with management for marketing activities, promotions, and events.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
4 - 6 years of experience in retail operations or kiosk/store management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and basic reporting.
Flexible with shifts and weekend operations.
