Job Title: Kindness Meditation Coach

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Kindness Meditation Coach to lead guided sessions focused on cultivating compassion, empathy, and self-awareness. This role is ideal for someone with a background in mindfulness, meditation, or emotional wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily group and individual kindness-based meditation sessions

Design and deliver customized meditation programs for clients

Encourage emotional resilience and inner peace through mindfulness techniques

Keep session logs and track client progress

Collaborate with the therapy team for integrated client care

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

Strong foundation in meditation, mindfulness, or yoga practices

Prior experience in teaching or guiding meditation (preferred but not mandatory)

Compassionate, patient, and attentive personality

Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages

Certification in mindfulness or meditation (optional but a plus)
