Job Role:

We are seeking a caring and creative Kindergarten / Pre-primary / Mother Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a joyful and nurturing learning environment to help young learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, activity-based lessons

Encourage holistic development through play, music, stories, and art

Maintain a safe, clean, and cheerful classroom environment

Observe and document children's progress

Communicate regularly with parents about child development

Collaborate with fellow staff and participate in school activities

Support positive behavior and emotional wellbeing of students

Required Skills:

Experience in early childhood education (CBSE curriculum preferred)

Warm and nurturing personality

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Ability to engage children through interactive and creative methods

Passion for working with young children
