We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning, social development, and emotional well-being for young children. Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with curriculum standards and cater to individual learning needs.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Manage behaviour effectively using positive behaviour management techniques to promote respectful interactions.
Support children's social and emotional development through guidance, encouragement, and modelling appropriate behaviour.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational resources and organise classroom activities.
Monitor and assess each child's development, maintaining accurate records of progress and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting.
Qualifications
recognised qualification in early childhood education or equivalent.
Proven experience in teaching or caring for young children in a classroom or similar environment.
Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with children.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Organised, patient, and adaptable with a genuine passion for early childhood development.
