Indira Priyadarshini School, J. P. Nagar, is looking for Teachers for Joy of Learning, our Early Learning Centre. Candidates must have a love for children and should be passionate about their chosen field. \xc2\xb7 Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Nursery to K2 in a reputed preschool.

• Diploma OR Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Early Childhood education is required.
• Sound knowledge of Early Childhood pedagogy and developmentally appropriate practices
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are essential.

• Responsibilities:
• Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
• Designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and learning aids based on the IPS-JOL preschool curriculum.
• Providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment for the students.
• Responsible for teaching whole group/small group classes, regular assessment and anecdotal observations, and maintaining discipline and order.
• Building and maintaining strong partnership with all parents.
• Ensuring strict adherence by junior and support staff to the School\'s rules and values, safeguarding health and safety at all time.
• Mentoring junior/trainee teachers as necessary.
• Familiarity with high-quality preschool curricula, such as Savvas Three Cheers /Scholastic Big Day/High-Scope is highly desired.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience will be considered for Junior Teacher position.
• Junior Teachers will share teaching responsibilities with the Home Room teacher and also support her in class operations, discipline, and in preparing teaching aids.
