Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified

Kindergarten Teacher

with a minimum of

1 year of experience

in handling kindergarten children. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Support children's early literacy, numeracy, and motor skill development Observe and assess student progress and maintain records Manage classroom behavior with positive guidance techniques Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development Ensure health, safety, and well-being of students at all times Participate in school events, training, and meetings
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum qualification:

Montessori / NTT / ECCE / D.Ed (Early Childhood Education)

or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience

handling kindergarten or pre-primary students Strong understanding of early childhood development
Skills and Competencies

Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to engage young children through play-based learning Team-oriented and responsible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
