Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports young children's social, emotional, and academic development.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured activities and play Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student development and classroom activities Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events

Requirements:

Diploma in Montessori Education from a recognized institution Prior experience working with young children (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for child development and the Montessori philosophy Patience, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
