Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the kindergarten curriculum. Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive development. Use play-based, activity-oriented teaching methods to enhance learning. Encourage language development, basic numeracy, creativity, and motor skills. Maintain classroom discipline through positive guidance and care. Observe and assess students' progress and maintain individual student records. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and well-being. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials as required. Participate in school events, training programs, workshops, and meetings. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Qualifications (As per CBSE Norms - Pre-Primary/KG Teacher): Essential Qualifications:

Senior Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent

from a recognized board

Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education (NTT) / Pre-Primary Teacher Training (PPTT)

OR*

Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)

(from an NCTE-recognized institution)Desirable Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline Montessori / ECCE certification Basic knowledge of child psychology and early childhood pedagogy
Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards young children Ability to handle young learners with empathy and responsibility Classroom management and organizational skills Basic computer skills for academic documentation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
