Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and behavioral development Observe, assess, and document student progress Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development Organize classroom activities, learning centers, and materials Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students Collaborate with other teachers and school staff Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field Teaching certification/license (as per local regulations) Previous experience teaching kindergarten or early years preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children Knowledge of child development and early learning practices
