Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans suitable for kindergarten students. Foster a warm, caring, and inclusive classroom environment. Focus on holistic development of children (academic, social, and emotional). Ensure effective classroom management with patience and positivity. Communicate regularly with parents about student progress. Encourage creativity, storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years as a Kindergarten/Preschool Teacher (preferred).

Education:

Graduate with a diploma/certificate in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

Good communication skills, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Freshers:

Candidates with a zeal to learn and the right attitude will also be considered.
