Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging lessons to kindergarten students, focusing on foundational skills like literacy, numeracy, and socialization.

2. Classroom Management: Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

3. Student Development: Foster students' cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

4. Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress.

Additional Responsibilities:-

1. Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

2. Activity Planning: Organize and conduct activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun.

3. Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and administrators.

Requirements:-

1. Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with teaching certification.

2. Skills: Patience, creativity, and ability to connect with young children.

3. Knowledge: Understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
