Dear Candidate,

Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, creative, and patient Kindergarten Teacher to nurture and educate young children (ages 3-6). The teacher will create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment that supports children's academic, social, and emotional development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play-based learning Teach basic skills such as alphabets, numbers, shapes, colors, rhymes, and stories Foster social skills, good habits, and moral values Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom Observe and assess children's progress and behavior Communicate regularly with parents about children's development Encourage creativity through art, music, games, and storytelling Support children's emotional and physical well-being Follow school policies and early childhood education standards

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Certification in Nursery / Montessori / ECCE (preferred) Good command of English (and regional language if required)

Skills & Competencies:

Love and patience for working with young children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and enthusiasm in teaching Classroom management skills Ability to work as part of a team

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with prior KG / preschool teaching experience can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month

Mayuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
