Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs of young learners.
Teach basic skills such as letter recognition, counting, shapes, and colors through a variety of instructional methods, including interactive games, hands-on activities, and group exercises.
Foster social and emotional development by promoting positive peer interactions, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
Assess and monitor each child's progress and development, providing personalized support and feedback where needed.
Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a comprehensive learning experience for students.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a classroom setting.
Familiarity with early childhood development theories and instructional strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior guidance strategies
