Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

The Pinecrest Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher who thrives in a creative, nurturing, and child-centered environment. The ideal candidate should be committed to working closely with the school management and demonstrate genuine care and affection toward young children.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
2. Collaborate with school management and staff to support the mission of the school.
3. Nurture the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 2.5-5 years.

4.Plan and execute creative activities, hands-on learning experiences, and innovative classroom themes.

5. Introduce new ideas, pop-up events, and interactive storytelling to enhance student engagement.

6. Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers.

Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal and social skills.
2.Creative flair and artistic talents in crafts, storytelling, music, or drama.
3.Ability to generate fresh ideas for classroom activities and school functions.
4.Proven experience or strong interest in early childhood education.
5.Patience, compassion, and high emotional intelligence when working with young children.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with thematic teaching or activity-based learning.
2. Knowledge of child psychology or Montessori methods (optional).
3. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
