Qualification:

B.Ed. (Mandatory)

Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Kindergarten/Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for kindergarten students Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Use creative teaching methods such as stories, activities, games, and play-based learning Observe, assess, and document students' progress regularly Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student development Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff Ensure classroom discipline, safety, and hygiene

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education Strong classroom management skills Ability to work as part of a team Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
