Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster a love for learning.
Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment for children to explore and grow.
Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to support children's educational needs.
Maintain accurate records of students' progress and behavior.
Organize and participate in school events and activities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
2-10 years of experience in teaching kindergarten or preschool children.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles.
