Job Description

We are looking for a warm, creative, and responsible

Kindergarten Teacher

who can lead a joyful learning environment for young children. The teacher will plan hands-on lessons, maintain classroom discipline, communicate with parents, and ensure every child progresses confidently in school readiness skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily learning sessions: phonics, numeracy, storytelling, rhymes & craft Plan and execute activity-based learning aligned with the school curriculum Maintain classroom routines, discipline, hygiene & safety Track student progress using simple assessment tools Prepare worksheets, notebooks, and learning materials on time Maintain respectful communication with parents through diaries & meetings Support school events, assemblies & celebrations Collaborate with co-teachers and follow reporting structure strictly Ensure punctual attendance and professional grooming every day

Requirements

TTC / ECCE / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Early Years preferred) 1-4 years of experience in Kindergarten/Preschool Good English communication and handwriting Strong classroom management skills Caring, patient personality with love for children

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

Candidates with any of the following will be given preference:

Montessori exposure

(classroom setup, materials, independence skills)

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday -- Full time (On-campus) Immediate joining preferred

Salary

?17,000 - ?23,000 per month (Based on experience, demo class & performance)*
