Role Summary
The KG Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering holistic child development, and maintaining a nurturing classroom environment. The role involves teaching, monitoring progress, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate, interactive classes aligned with the KG curriculum.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

• Use creative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.

• Track and report on children's progress and developmental milestones.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding achievements and areas of improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and school standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.

• 2-3 years of teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten.

• Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
