Spring Mount Valley School, a prestigious institution in Perundurai, is looking for an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Coordinator to lead our early childhood education program. This position is open to female candidates only who meet the following qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the kindergarten section effectively, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curricula.
• Mentor and support kindergarten teachers to maintain high standards of teaching.
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents to support the holistic development of children.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
• At least 7 years of experience in reputed schools.
• Montessori training or equivalent preschool certifications will be an added advantage.
