Curriculum Implementation: Ensure effective coordination and management of the Cambridge curriculum in the kindergarten section, aligning with school objectives.
Teacher Support: Provide guidance and training to kindergarten teachers on Cambridge curriculum and best educational practices, also take sessions in the class.
Assessment and Evaluation: Coordinate assessments, analyse student performance data, and deliver accurate reports to parents and school administrators.
Student Progress Monitoring: Track student development, identify areas for enhancement, and devise supportive strategies.
Communication: Act as a bridge between the Cambridge board, parents, and teachers to facilitate seamless curriculum execution.
Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor teachers, effectively communicate with parents and administrators, and lead curriculum enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Knowledge of Cambridge curriculum and its implementation
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in educational administration
