Job Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and domain knowledge in Production Scheduling & Planning. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain processes. Oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules including Supply Planning Inventory Planning and Demand Planning. Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis Sales & Operations Planning to enhance decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Kinaxis solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Kinaxis applications. Develop and maintain documentation for Kinaxis solution architecture and configurations. Ensure the scalability and performance of Kinaxis solutions to meet business needs. Conduct regular assessments of Kinaxis systems to identify areas for improvement. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge of Kinaxis functionalities. Monitor and troubleshoot Kinaxis applications to ensure optimal performance. Implement best practices for Kinaxis solution deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with stakeholders to align Kinaxis solutions with business objectives. Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis features and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization and Demand Planning. Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Sales & Operations Planning and Kinaxis Fundamentals. Experience in Production Scheduling & Planning is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Proven track record of successful Kinaxis solution implementations.
