Job Summary

The Senior Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced supply chain solutions using Kinaxis technologies. With a focus on optimizing supply and demand planning the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to drive efficiency and innovation. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Kinaxis tools and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions using Kinaxis technologies to optimize supply and demand planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain challenges ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis-Supply Demand Balancing ensuring efficient resource allocation and inventory management. Oversee the integration of Kinaxis-Demand Planning tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Kinaxis solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders. Conduct regular assessments of supply chain processes identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and proficiency in Kinaxis technologies. Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the integrity and security of supply chain data. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis solutions with existing systems and infrastructure. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance supply chain capabilities. Support the development of strategic plans for supply chain optimization aligning with organizational goals and objectives. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions ensuring they meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Kinaxis-Supply Demand Balancing Demand Planning and Inventory Planning & Optimization. Demonstrate expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals and Sales & Operations Planning. Have experience in Production Scheduling & Planning and Demand Planning & Forecasting as a nice-to-have skill. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Show proficiency in developing and delivering training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Have a proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain solutions in a complex environment.
