We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sugar Boiling Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring the sugar boiling process to ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, control, and monitor sugar boiling pans and related equipment.
Ensure optimal crystallization and maintain required product quality standards.
Adjust process parameters (temperature, vacuum, steam, etc.) to achieve desired results.
Record and report production data accurately.
Work closely with the quality control team to ensure compliance with specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with engineering for troubleshooting.
Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma (Associate Degree) in a relevant technical field.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a certificate in Sugar Technology / Sugar Processing.
Basic knowledge of sugar boiling operations and process control.
Ability to work in shifts and handle production equipment safely.
Good teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving skills..
