Role Overview

The Kids Wear Designer - Fast Fashion will design trend-focused, comfortable, and commercially viable apparel for children. The role involves aligning with fast fashion cycles and collaborating with merchandising and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create kids wear collections that are trend-driven, safe, and functional. Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely production. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inspire designs. Prepare detailed tech packs, sketches, and fabric specifications. Participate in seasonal collection planning and review sessions. Ensure designs comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kids Wear Designer in fast fashion brands (e.g., Zara, H&M). Strong creative and trend forecasting skills. Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and child safety requirements. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent). Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
