Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Plan and implement daily activities that promote learning and development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment Attend to the basic needs of children including feeding, dressing, and hygiene Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and needs Monitor and document children's progress and report any concerns to supervisors Support emotional and social development through positive guidance and encouragement Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a nurturing environment Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols as per center policies

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a day care, preschool, or early childhood education setting Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient, and energetic approach to working with children Good communication skills in [English / Local Language - as applicable] Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities Basic first aid knowledge is a plus

Pay: ₹12,064.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
