Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
Assess patients for transplant eligibility. Coordinate listing on organ donation registries. Organize medical tests, specialist consultations, and education sessions. Ensure timely completion of evaluations and documentation. Liaise with organ procurement organizations. Facilitate logistics for organ retrieval and transplant scheduling. Monitor patient recovery and health status. Schedule follow-up appointments and adjust care plans as needed. Work closely with nephrologists, surgeons, nurses, and social workers. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress.

Pay: ₹18,921.77 - ₹41,936.11 per month
