Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced KIBO OMS Lead with strong hands-on experience in implementing and customizing KIBO Order Management System (OMS). The ideal candidate should have led at least two full-cycle KIBO OMS implementations and possess deep expertise in order routing, fulfilment workflows, and integrations with payment gateways and logistics providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of KIBO OMS projects.
Design and configure Order Routing rules and manage dynamic routing logic across channels and fulfillers.
Manage and enhance Order Management functionalities including order lifecycle, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Customize and extend the Fulfiller Module workflow to align with unique business needs.
Implement and support KIBO Store Associate App for in-store order processing.
Integrate Payment Adapters such as PayPal, Adyen, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Collaborate with 3PLs (e.g., Envioclick) for seamless shipment tracking.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Support performance tuning, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 full-cycle KIBO OMS implementations.
Strong knowledge of Order Routing and Management processes.
Experience with Fulfiller Module customization.
Hands-on experience with KIBO Store Associate App.
Integration experience with major payment platforms.
Familiarity with 3PL integration and shipment tracking.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Agile project experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
JavaScript, REST APIs, and KIBO Admin Console experience.
Background in Retail, eCommerce, and Omnichannel fulfillment.
Exposure to Inventory Management and DOM.
KIBO OMS Certification (preferred).
