Product Knowledge:
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of car features, specifications, and pricing.
Sales Process Management:
Guiding customers through the sales process, including test drives and financing options.
Relationship Building:
Maintaining customer relationships and following up on leads.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the dealership's overall sales goals.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining customer records, preparing sales documentation, and updating sales information.
