What would you do at Khatabook:1. Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of different internal tools2. Answering phone calls and responding to them.3. Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.4. Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients5. Coordinating with the internal teams to get the issue resolved6. Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts and Week offs7.
