Job Description

We are looking for passionate, child-centered Kindergarten Teachers who can create a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate must be experienced in early childhood education, strong in phonics, communication, classroom management and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons focusing on foundational skills (literacy, numeracy, motor skills, phonics, conversation skills). Use activity-based and play-way teaching methods to promote joyful learning. Maintain a positive, warm and structured classroom environment aligned with CBSE early learning standards. Observe, assess and document each child's development, behaviour and learning progress. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, behaviour and developmental milestones. Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of children at all times. Prepare teaching aids, displays, worksheets, and hands-on learning materials. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and consistency in classroom routines. Collaborate with academic coordinators and participate in school events, training programs, and parent meetings. Support smooth transitions, settling of new students, and provide individual attention wherever required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree with Montessori / Early Childhood Education / NTT certification preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten (CBSE experience preferred). Excellent communication skills and child-friendly approach. Strong in phonics, storytelling, classroom management and creative teaching strategies. Ability to handle young children with patience, empathy and positivity. Proficiency in creating engaging teaching aids and conducting interactive activities. Immediate Joiners Preferred
