Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on Montessori and CBSE early childhood frameworks.
Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Design and organize learning materials and activities that encourage hands-on exploration and discovery.
Observe, assess, and document each child's growth and development progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the overall well-being of children.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline with
Montessori Training (mandatory)
or equivalent Early Childhood Education certification.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Montessori/Kindergarten setup preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of child psychology and early learning principles.
Creative teaching methods to engage young learners.
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
