Create a learning environment:
Design and prepare a stimulating, organized, and age-appropriate classroom that aligns with the Montessori philosophy.
Monitor and assess students:
Observe student progress and development, track their growth, and modify teaching techniques as needed to meet individual needs.
Plan and deliver lessons:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote holistic development.
Communicate with parents:
Provide regular feedback to parents on their child's progress and communicate about classroom activities.
Handle administrative tasks:
Maintain student records, manage classroom supplies, and assist with other administrative duties.
Collaborate with staff:
Work with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
Education:
A bachelor's degree, preferably in education, early childhood education, or a related field.
Montessori certification:
Completed training and certification from an accredited Montessori center is essential.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Patience and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
