Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities appropriate for kindergarten level. Foster curiosity, creativity, and love for learning among children. Teach basic concepts in literacy, numeracy, general knowledge, arts, and motor skills. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect. Observe, assess, and document children's progress and provide feedback to parents. Develop and implement classroom management strategies that ensure discipline and safety. Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and school management for curriculum development and events. Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns. Encourage social interaction, teamwork, and value-based learning. Ensure compliance with school policies and child safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / Equivalent qualification. Previous teaching experience in KG/Pre-primary is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage children through creative teaching methods. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude. Classroom management and organizational skills. Fluency in English (spoken & written) [add other language requirements if needed].
