Job Summary:

We are seeking a warm, empathetic, and patient Mother Teacher to nurture and guide young learners in their foundational years. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, engaging, and safe learning environment that promotes holistic development--academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with CBSE early childhood curriculum and school philosophy. Foster a positive, inclusive, and caring classroom atmosphere that supports emotional well-being and confidence among children. Observe and assess each child's progress, providing individualized attention where required. Encourage creative expression through storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and play-based activities. Establish strong communication and trust with parents to ensure collaborative child development. Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement and empathy. Ensure safety, hygiene, and comfort of children throughout the school day. Prepare progress reports and maintain proper documentation of students' learning milestones. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT). Prior experience (1-3 years) as a Mother Teacher or KG Teacher preferred.
