Qualification

UG / PG

in any discipline

NTT / D.El.Ed / Montessori / ECCE

certification mandatory

B.Ed. preferred


Experience

Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in

Kindergarten / Pre-Primary education

Prior experience as

KG Teacher / Senior KG In-charge / Coordinator

preferred
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise

KG academic and co-curricular activities

Develop age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans Ensure effective implementation of

play-way and activity-based learning

Guide, mentor, and support KG teachers Monitor classroom teaching, lesson plans, and student progress Organize events, celebrations, and parent engagement programs Maintain child safety, hygiene, and discipline standards Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development Coordinate with school management and principal Ensure compliance with school policies and early childhood education norms
Skills Required

Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication with children, parents, and staff Deep understanding of early childhood development Creativity, patience, and nurturing attitude Ability to train and manage KG teaching staff
