KG (Kindergarten) Coordinator manages the early childhood program, focusing on curriculum development, teacher supervision & training, ensuring a nurturing , learning environmentand parent communication , all while overseeing daily operations, resource needs, and student progress to support holistic child development according to school standards (like CBSE/Montessori).
Location : Mugallivakkam withCBSE experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee age-appropriate, play-based, and activity-based learning plans focusing on literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
Mentor, train, observe, and provide feedback to KG teachers; organize professional development and ensure teaching methods are effective.
Foster a safe, inclusive, warm, and stimulating classroom environment, ensuring hygiene and well-being.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, behavior, and milestones; address concerns.
Manage daily academic activities, identify resource needs, procure materials, and plan school events.
Observe, assess, and document each child's development and progress, using data to inform instruction.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, NTT, or related field.
Proven experience in pre-primary education, with leadership/supervisory roles a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, curriculum design, and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with specific educational frameworks (like CBSE, IB, Montessori).
