As a Team Member in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food as per brand standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy in billing.
Prepare and serve food & beverages as per company recipes and quality standards.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen and service areas.
Assist in stock management, replenishment, and waste control.
Work at different stations (cashier, kitchen, service counter, delivery dispatch) as assigned.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Support the store team in achieving daily sales and service targets.
Follow all company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
12th pass / Graduate (freshers welcome).
Prior experience in QSR, cafe, or hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
