Job Description

Location : Bangalore

Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food according to NIC Ice Cream standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant environment.

Guest Service:

Providing friendly interactions, fast service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Cleanliness:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counter areas, dining areas, and restrooms.

Inventory:

Assisting with inventory management, stocking items, and ensuring they are available for order preparation.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other team members and managers to meet goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Safety:

Following food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure food quality and customer safety.

Additional Duties:

May include assisting with cashier duties, bussing tables, and other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
