Job Description

A KFC Team Member's job involves delivering great customer service, preparing food according to standards, handling orders and payments, and maintaining a clean, safe restaurant environment, focusing on teamwork and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. Key duties include greeting guests, assembling accurate orders, ensuring food quality, operating cash registers, cleaning, and adhering to food safety and company procedures.
Core Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet customers, take orders accurately, handle payments, and ensure a positive, friendly experience.

Food Preparation:

Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items (chicken, sides, drinks) following KFC's recipes and quality standards.

Order Accuracy:

Double-check orders before serving to ensure they are 100% correct.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain a spotless work area, clean equipment, and follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with teammates and managers, especially during busy periods, to ensure smooth operations.

Operational Tasks:

Perform opening/closing duties, manage cleaning during slow times, and handle cash.
