Job Overview Flurn is seeking highly qualified Keyboard & Piano instructors to join our team. This is a full-time role and is based out of Bengaluru . If you have 2+ yrs of teaching experience and are passionate about teaching kids & adults, we\'d love to get in touch with you. Responsibilities Teach group and private classes to Flurn students at our learning centres. Follow Flurn program and engagement structure to deliver fun, engaging and outcome oriented classes. Provide a walk through of the Flurn Music Program to parents & students Continuously provide feedback to the Flurn program team to improve teaching curriculum, program and methodologies Assist in developing and implementing training models for Flurn teachers. Assist in ensuring 5-star quality & experience of Flurn\'s classes. Requirements Atleast 2+ years of teaching experience to children and/or adults Passion for teaching music and ability to take group classes Certifications from Trinity College, LCM or similar institutes is preferred Join the Flurn team and be part of an exciting journey to revolutionise children\'s education.
