Criteria for Candidature :

An ideal candidate must be enthusiastic to teach in an online medium. Should

Hold 4-5 years of experience in teaching or practicing Keyboard. Performance artists, educators, music coaches, and facilitators are welcome Be excited to teach and coach young children at least for 10 hours every week Be skilled to engage children, following our top-notch curriculum. (Prior work experience in developing or delivering subject matter expertise is a plus) Be passionate about building skills of musical sensitivity and expression in students
Responsibilities:

Be available for a minimum of 6-10 hours a week to: Conduct online classes in accordance with our expert-built curriculum Engage with Spark Studio team for reflection, feedback, and professional growth Assess students periodically while working as a team to ensure all children are developing and learning at the appropriate pace, and reaching learning outcomes Participate in teacher development workshops and grow as a teacher
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹350.00 - ?400.00 per hour
