Roles and Responsibilities: Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants.Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants(agents) to sell Insurance.Meeting with perspective customers with FCs to sell insurance solution.providing pre & post sales Support.Ensuring quality of business.Desired Candidate Profile: Knowledge of life insurance business and distribution channels is preferred.
