Roles:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure high performance
Identify and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts
Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline reviews
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Must:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
2+ years of experience in sales or field sales or Marketing
Ability to build and maintain a team.
Local candidate required.
