Qualify and onboard channel partners who are the right fit for our projects.
Relationship Building & Activation
Consistently follow up to maintain engagement and drive lead flow & walk-ins.
Support CPs with project information, pricing, offers, and brochures.
Ensure active participation during launches, events, and weekend activity.
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain structured records of interactions and performance data using CRM tools.
Track engagement levels and CP conversion contributions.
Collaboration with Sales
Work closely with the Sales Team for smooth handovers of active CP-driven leads.
Share insights from broker conversations to help improve outreach strategies.
Who You Are
0-2 years of experience
in channel sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or real-estate networking. Freshers welcome.* Excellent communication skills with strong relationship-building ability.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up management.
Organized, proactive, and able to maintain structured pipelines via CRM.
