It is a professional responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for a company. They typically work to expand the organization's customer base, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and maintain strong relationships with clients.




Roles and Responsibilities







Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, delivering prompt, high-quality advice and support.

Generate sales revenue in line with the business targets and strategic plans.

Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term business growth and customer loyalty.

Identify potential leads, engage prospects, and convert them into successful sales opportunities.

Coordinate with prospects effectively, leveraging strong communication and confident negotiation skills to close deals.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients through consistent outreach and follow-ups.

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Track and document client needs and preferences to tailor solutions and improve customer engagement strategies.
