Job Description

• Coordination with Stakeholders / Key Account Managers / Data Stewards for management of Key Accounts on a regular basis
• Provide comprehensive support to strategic and high-value customer accounts
• Review of Account plans with Key Account Managers in Salesforce
• Data alignment for Companies hierarchy for linkage to Key accounts in Salesforce
• Managing Data Consistency between Sales and Finance
• Referential management for Key Accounts in Salesforce
• Provide post-sales support and follow-up
• Escalate complex issues to Management
• Performance tracking and reporting:
• Creation / Maintenance of Key Account dashboards / reports in Tableau / Salesforce
• Analysis / Insights on performance of each Account for Sales and Finance
• Generate weekly/monthly account performance reports
• Provide insights for sales strategy development
• KPIs on Sales Conversion / Win Ratio, Account retention, growth, pipeline etc
• Maintain documentation of process and user guides for reference

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification:

• Bachelor's in engineering / IT / Statistics / Finance / Sales or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in similar role / profile

SKILLS & QUALITIES
>Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
>Ability to work independently, as well as team player with positive "Can-do" attitude
>Strong problem solving skills.
>Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
>Candidate should possess very strong written and oral communication skills in English and should be driven by customer satisfaction.
